Registration and “Emerald Rootique” Store are open throughout Woofstock. Continental breakfast is available for guests staying at the hotel, with lunches and dinners offered during event registration.

3:00 – 5:00 pm Rootique and Registration open
5:00 pm Yappy Hour Sit-In, BYOB M&G on the porch and beach, overlooking beautiful Pensacola Bay. The view is amazing! For those interested in dinner, we’ll pitch in for pizza or take out when we get hungry!
9:00 – 11:00 am Registration open
9:00 am – 5:00 pm Rootique open
10:00 am Greeting Card Class (5 new cards for this year!)
1:00 – 3:00 pm Paint Your Own Greyhound (submit your dog’s photo prior to class). Laurie is back again this year for a class where you’ll paint a head shot of your own greyhound! Yes, a personalized painting done by you! Seats are limited, don’t miss your chance to memorialize your own hound. It’s easy, so much fun, and you’ll take home a beautiful work of greyhound art! There will be some sipping goodies!

7:15 pm Greyhound Bingo (with prizes) and Make your own Hippie Headband (for Saturday’s Woofstock Festival on the Green!!)
9:00 am Beachside Blessing of the Hounds and Memorial Coin Ceremony
9:00 – 11:00 am Rootique open, last chance!!
10:00 am Ticket sales end (basket drawing and 50/50)
10:30 am Final round of basket drawing winners announced, 50/50 winner announced
11:00 am Dogs in the House (tell us how we’re doing, ask questions, make suggestions for next year), announcement of next year’s theme and closing ceremony
10 am – 4 pm Woofstock Festival on the Green!
LIVE MUSIC on the beach, vendors, games, fun times for ALL! Our groovy gathering offers beautiful waterfront views, live classic rock music at a comfortable volume for greyhound and human listening pleasure, local pet-themed vendors, greyhound and lawn games (musical hoops, bobbing for dogs, collar toss), make and take Hippie Headbands, mani-pedi, King & Queen Contest and award, Senior Stroll, and Costume Contest.
10:00 – 11:00 am Dog Training Class (followed by Q&A session)

11:00 am Local classic rock band Dunnottar takes the stage. Dunnottar is a local 5-piece band – members Lisa Butcher, Larry Trivett, Jeff Rollo, Joel Wilkinson, and Dave Campbell bring rock classics, acoustic gems, and a little blues for balance. Their influences include the Beatles, Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, Neil Young, Linda Rondstat, America, ZZ Top, 60’s psychedelic music, and 70’s Southern rock. They’ve been a local favorite for years, you’ll love them!

After dinner comes the wine and dessert party, then the much anticipated Live Auction on Saturday Night! This year’s live auction items include jewelry (did someone say Kara Brockoff?), two beautiful handmade quilts, a greyhound statue, numerous art prints including a one-of-a-kind Linda Evans piece, and much more!
